Into the Light …

Your True Self is tucked away somewhere deep inside you.  That Self is often hard to find, because of the massive constructs we have built to protect it.  We walk around; wandering through our inner halls and hallways … trying to find that Inner Self we once knew.

Sometimes it seems as if we are destined to forever be hollow … so craftily did we hide our True Self from the pain and rejection of the world around us.  The more we enslave ourselves to the world around us, the most lost we become … for some, they’ve forgotten that they even were that True Self at some point.

It’s not easy, and most often it is incredibly painful, to both find and let that part of ourselves be free.  Rejection is everywhere around us.  We spend SO much of our lives either avoiding rejection, or reacting to rejection.  From what clothes we will wear on any given day, to what partner or career we seek out.  Even small things like making eye contact in a grocery store … all day long we are formed and trained by the rejection around us.

That is all rejection is … other people trying to train us to be the person they want us to be.  You either choose to shut yourself down and take on their rejection as a new construct for your True Self to live in, or you accept the rejection for what it is and simply do not react to it.  Once you stop reacting to rejection, you begin to see the MANY ways you have allowed yourself to be controlled.  You will see all the patterns in your life unfold with such clarity that it will astound you.

To get to that place, I like to think of a phrase I was raised with: The Refiner’s Fire.  The concept is that we need to allow ourselves to be refined by God … which means that all those constructs, or blockages, that we have either built or allowed into our lives … have to be melted down … so that our True Self can be free.  God would never force such a thing on us though … we have to seek it out.

We must find that searing, blinding, white-hot light and decide to stand there, with arms wide open … to run away only makes it all harder in the future.  No matter how hard, or painful it is … no matter how many tears shed, or screams for mercy into the night … it is worth it.

It is SO worth it.

Then you can be free … to walk in the Light, constantly.  That is Heaven on Earth, Nirvana, enlightenment.

Peace and Love

Religion4All is an idea: that every human being (no matter their race, religion, sexuality, social status, lifestyle, or any other possible factor) is LOVED by God; just … as … they are.

We all are loved by God, and NO religion or person has a monopoly on it. Every single person on this planet is loved equally by God … SO many are cut off from God because they are told they don’t belong. God loves everyone … we ALL are beautiful creations … we don’t need to cringe when we hear the words “God”, or “religion”, or their judgments … God LOVES us all!

There is no requirement to change in order to be LOVED by God, or to LOVE God. God is LOVE, and LOVE is God … period. There is no one who God loves more than anyone else … there are only those who choose to LOVE more … to love God more, and consequently then to love each other more. In doing so, we grow closer to God … and know God.

By opening our hearts, and minds to God (free of boundaries like religion, or social trends); by LOVING God … we are exactly where we are meant to be. If we maintain that openness, never allowing any person or event to make us close our hearts, we will be guided by God to be who we are meant to be.

In that space of openness we can then live a life of LOVE, and be guided to where we are meant to be … forever in LOVE.
