The soul ablaze … ignited.  That’s what we all seek for in some way, isn’t it?  When you fall in love your skin seems seductively electric, your Third Eye (in the middle of your forehead) blazes and tingles with excitement … you are flushed … aflame with passion, and love.  The same can be true from the artist; lost in the midst of inspiration for hours on end.

We want what consumes us and turns our insides into an inferno of loving, positive energy.

The problem is, it goes away.  Well, WHY does it go away?  Perhaps the person you loved so intensely breaks your heart.  Perhaps the inspiration you had was roundly rebuked and rejected.  So the natural reaction is … to shut that flame down, or at least to hide that flame deep inside you so that nobody can reject or rebuke it again.

In my meditations today (on the subject of my prior post, Nietszche Meditations) I let my mind wander, and wonder, on the topic of “The Chase” … the pursuit of that place where our soul is ignited, and we are overwhelmed with joy, and love, and peace.  We chase after all sorts of things that we think will help us achieve this: success, fame, relationships, money, gadgets, art, inspiration, etc.  The problem is, those things are fleeting; temporal.  Even if we do achieve such a state, it won’t last very long … and then it will be up to us to try to either hide that flame, or to desperately try to preserve it in the midst of a maelstrom.

As I meditated on this, and my own personal pursuit for such a state, I felt God begin to prompt me.

“What if that isn’t where I want you to be?  What if it is not part of my Divine Plan?  Would you chase after it anyway?”

“Well, no, … of course not; I want to be where You want me to be!  I want to be with You.” I thought at God.

“If you want to be with Me,” God replied, “then you must allow Me into all of these places inside of you … all of your hopes and dreams.  You must seek out what you want to its utmost possibility; embrace your hopes completely and then make Me a part of it.  Then, if it does not work out, you will know that it was not compatible with Me … and instead of shutting that part of yourself down in sadness, you can just let Me stay there, and fulfill you.  In this way, I will make you content … I will set your soul ablaze.  If others happen to join us in that place, then they are like minds and spirits … and therefore, compatible.”

I did as God told me, and it was true … I envisioned EVERY aspect of my greatest hopes and dreams, and opened them to God … and my soul was set on fire.  All of those symptoms I described earlier were evident, and I truly was in a state of contented spiritual bliss.  “The Chase” is meaningless, when we can allow ourselves to find the dreams and people who are compatible with this blazing soul.  The rejections and rebukes of the world are meaningless … I accept them … they simply are not compatible with what God has done within me.  The money, fame, relationships, or any other thing?  Sure, there is a desire for them that remains … but God is in all of those places within me now … contentment is there already.  If any of those things happen to come along for me to discover, then those are the things that are compatible.

I don’t need to chase any more … only to find.

Religion4All is an idea: that every human being (no matter their race, religion, sexuality, social status, lifestyle, or any other possible factor) is LOVED by God; just … as … they are.

We all are loved by God, and NO religion or person has a monopoly on it. Every single person on this planet is loved equally by God … SO many are cut off from God because they are told they don’t belong. God loves everyone … we ALL are beautiful creations … we don’t need to cringe when we hear the words “God”, or “religion”, or their judgments … God LOVES us all!

There is no requirement to change in order to be LOVED by God, or to LOVE God. God is LOVE, and LOVE is God … period. There is no one who God loves more than anyone else … there are only those who choose to LOVE more … to love God more, and consequently then to love each other more. In doing so, we grow closer to God … and know God.

By opening our hearts, and minds to God (free of boundaries like religion, or social trends); by LOVING God … we are exactly where we are meant to be. If we maintain that openness, never allowing any person or event to make us close our hearts, we will be guided by God to be who we are meant to be.

In that space of openness we can then live a life of LOVE, and be guided to where we are meant to be … forever in LOVE.
