Warrior of Light

A great post from the blog of one of my favorite authors: Warrior of Light

Warriors of light are never predictable.

They might dance down the street on their way to work, gaze into the eyes of a complete stranger and speak of love at first sight, or else defend an apparently absurd idea.

Warriors of light allow themselves days like these. They are not afraid to weep over ancient sorrows or to feel joy at new discoveries.

When they believe that the moment has arrived, they drop everything and go off on some long-dreamed-of adventure.
When they realize that they can do no more, they never blame themselves for having committed a few unexpected acts of folly. Warriors do not spend a single days trying to play the role that others have chosen for them.

They talk out loud to themselves. Someone told them that this is the best way of communicating with the angels, and so they take a chance and try to make contact.

They say things which they do not agree, they talk utter nonsense.
One day, they notice a change in their voice.
They are acting as a channel for some higher wisdom.

The warriors may look mad, but this is just a disguise.

Religion4All is an idea: that every human being (no matter their race, religion, sexuality, social status, lifestyle, or any other possible factor) is LOVED by God; just … as … they are.

We all are loved by God, and NO religion or person has a monopoly on it. Every single person on this planet is loved equally by God … SO many are cut off from God because they are told they don’t belong. God loves everyone … we ALL are beautiful creations … we don’t need to cringe when we hear the words “God”, or “religion”, or their judgments … God LOVES us all!

There is no requirement to change in order to be LOVED by God, or to LOVE God. God is LOVE, and LOVE is God … period. There is no one who God loves more than anyone else … there are only those who choose to LOVE more … to love God more, and consequently then to love each other more. In doing so, we grow closer to God … and know God.

By opening our hearts, and minds to God (free of boundaries like religion, or social trends); by LOVING God … we are exactly where we are meant to be. If we maintain that openness, never allowing any person or event to make us close our hearts, we will be guided by God to be who we are meant to be.

In that space of openness we can then live a life of LOVE, and be guided to where we are meant to be … forever in LOVE.

why do we feel sometimes that we are NOT loved by God? why do we feel He let us down? Can you answer me Paulo? I beleive anything you say, will you tell me why we feel so sometimes?

I am not Paolo, I simply re-posted from his blog as I enjoy and admire his writing. I CAN say, from my own personal experiences of feeling like God has let me down (as you can read from a prior posting I made: “Flying the Matrix” (https://4allreligion.wordpress.com/2012/05/04/i-believe-i-can-fly/) that a great many things happen in our lives to enable us to evolve into the beautiful creation God intended for us from the beginning of time. Death, abuse, neglect … these are things I have lived through, and for decades I chose not to trust God because of it. All of those things, however, brought me to where I am now … to who I am now. It may sound trite, but I honestly wouldn’t trade that away … for anything.

One philosophical thing to meditate on: if God has given us free will, can God really go interfering in our lives to make it be as we might wish? I believe that God gave us free will with the ultimate goal of having a loving relationship with us … but the only way to do that was to give us free will. Love that is forced is not love. The problem is, in giving us free will … God has to also allow us to experience pain, and heartache as well … one cannot be without the other.

One thing I feel safe in promising … is that God loves you … no matter who you are, where you’ve been, or what you’ve done. God wants to be chosen just as badly as you do … and once that happens … well, life becomes beautiful.
