I love your site, and the kindness present. May I ask where do you find the photos – and are they free to use?
Thank you, I am glad that God’s love is evident :-). I simply do a Google search using a phrase that is what I feel each post is about. Then I click on the Images filter of the Google search and search through the pictures to find the one that I think fits what I have written the best. Any picture I have posted you can surely use.
Thank you! But I think that there are copyrights with many of them which we need to heed – that is, we need to ask permission, to be sure they are not copyrighted.
Hmm, I definitely respect that … being an artist myself. I guess I assumed that the sites where this pertained either had blocks on their photos (unless paid for), or a watermark in one of the corners. I see a lot of those around. Definitely food for thought as I peruse pics moving forward … do you know of a way to discern which photos are simply public photos, and which are the work of photographers (i.e. that would need approval)?
I don’t know-I just know i don’t want to take chances on it 🙂 but there are many good ones at the link I attached –
(I am an artist too – and thanks for following my blog)
here is a link to a great photographer where we are allowed to use photos for free as long as we ask permission and post a link to his site.

Fabulous post, my favourite animals and again we see the fact of inter connection of all life.
Blessings and gratitude to you for helping share my humble, yet truly from the heart, sharings. Namaste. Gina
