I can tell this is going to be the beginning of a pretty significant breakthrough … so this is not a final post on my meditations today (from my prior post, “No one in the world was ever you before“).  I’ll have to continue the same issue tomorrow, meditating on a new post.  I have to give God time to get around my own personal constructs … sometimes that isn’t always as easy as just letting go, or asking.

What I did get in my time today is that, sometimes, the strangest parts of you are what make you truly special … unique.  We each have parts of ourselves that perhaps we are ashamed of, or embarrassed by.  Often time we try to hide these features or aspects of ourselves … to avoid rejection, or even oppression.  Like our psyches are naked statues and in our shame we cover up what we consider to be the shameful part with a fig leaf.  That is a REACTION based out of fear.

In truth, God can use what we consider our greatest weaknesses to be the very means of bringing LOVE into other people’s lives.  In doing so, God is able to turn what we might think to be the worst of us … into a thing of beauty … a blessing.

In order to do this, however, we have to be willing to be just THAT vulnerable … to fight against that knee-jerk reaction to protect the hyper-sensitive spot in our souls.  I can see that it will take a little bit of time for me; in this one regard my own personal desires kept getting in the way … clouding my vision as a reflexive defense.  I remain open, however, and willing to go wherever it is God wants to take me.

Religion4All is an idea: that every human being (no matter their race, religion, sexuality, social status, lifestyle, or any other possible factor) is LOVED by God; just … as … they are.

We all are loved by God, and NO religion or person has a monopoly on it. Every single person on this planet is loved equally by God … SO many are cut off from God because they are told they don’t belong. God loves everyone … we ALL are beautiful creations … we don’t need to cringe when we hear the words “God”, or “religion”, or their judgments … God LOVES us all!

There is no requirement to change in order to be LOVED by God, or to LOVE God. God is LOVE, and LOVE is God … period. There is no one who God loves more than anyone else … there are only those who choose to LOVE more … to love God more, and consequently then to love each other more. In doing so, we grow closer to God … and know God.

By opening our hearts, and minds to God (free of boundaries like religion, or social trends); by LOVING God … we are exactly where we are meant to be. If we maintain that openness, never allowing any person or event to make us close our hearts, we will be guided by God to be who we are meant to be.

In that space of openness we can then live a life of LOVE, and be guided to where we are meant to be … forever in LOVE.
