I LOVE this … being a musician I completely relate to the correlation of Mozart with a relationship with God (and I couldn’t think of a better comparison!). Having performed a great deal of Mozart; if you ever pause, or take time to make your own personal statement … the music is ruined. Mozart is SO incredibly intricate and every instrument, or voice, needs to be exactly what was written … or else it is ruined. It’s a very good comparison to life in general … the music will continue, regardless, but the only way it becomes TRUE music is by taking your cue from the ultimate Conductor. You can keep playing all you want … you may just be playing in a cacophony though … watching the Conductor is imperative!
This is an inspiring re-blog, I enjoyed reading her sharing of the writings of the incredible Anne Morrow Lindbergh, who I shared a bit about in my post Climates of Feelings. Indeed your own intro here swept me in beautifully. A wonderful comparison about music and Mozart and dancing the dance of Life, watching the One Conductor. Thank you for this lovely inspiration today. Namaste ~Gina
