Really great advice in this post! You’d be surprised how things like sleep and what you eat (or drink) affect you in surprisingly tangible ways. Do a detox or fast and you’ll find out juts how much!! That’s just to make a point … I’m not saying that we should live our lives fasting. Just to say that what we put into our bodies, and do to our bodies, affects our mental well being, and ability to be centered and connected to God.
