One of the greatest forces on the planet for resisting change is peer pressure. That sounds overly simplistic, I know … but if you simply stop and watch the world around you … take stock … it will begin to unfold.

We literally are wrapped up in a straitjacket of other people’s thoughts and opinions. We live in the Asylum of the Collective Mind.

It goes so much deeper than simply what we wear, or who we are friends with. Living our lives by peer pressure often dictates our career choices, what we choose to like or dislike, or even who we marry … from a young age. Such decisions go on to define us for an entire lifetime … they infiltrate our minds like masquerading marauders and, before we ever suspect, our True Self is enslaved. We each are but a subject in the kingdom of Everyone Else.

So … am I advocating anarchy?? No, of course not. It is one thing to know and abide be the rules of common courtesy, etiquette, and social discourse … it is another to be ruled by them.  I fully believe that if you know something will upset people, and you do it anyway (just to get at them) then you are in the wrong.  The reason?  You are REACTING to the phenomenon that is peer pressure … by going to the opposite extreme.

The answer lies in the middle … in just letting things happen, accepting them as what IS, and them letting them go.  Other people’s opinions don’t have to affect your life … or rather, they WILL affect your life, but they don’t have to DICTATE your decisions.

Who you love should be who your True Self loves. What you do with your life should be what your True Self really wants to do! Face each circumstance in life with the full knowledge of what it truly is … then? Accept it … and let go of it. Don’t waste energy fighting against it, and don’t enslave yourself by giving into it. Simply accept it for what it is … and let go of it.

Whatever you decide to do moving forward … so long as you ensure that you are based in LOVE; that is essential … will be you as your True Self. You will break out of the Asylum.

Religion4All is an idea: that every human being (no matter their race, religion, sexuality, social status, lifestyle, or any other possible factor) is LOVED by God; just … as … they are.

We all are loved by God, and NO religion or person has a monopoly on it. Every single person on this planet is loved equally by God … SO many are cut off from God because they are told they don’t belong. God loves everyone … we ALL are beautiful creations … we don’t need to cringe when we hear the words “God”, or “religion”, or their judgments … God LOVES us all!

There is no requirement to change in order to be LOVED by God, or to LOVE God. God is LOVE, and LOVE is God … period. There is no one who God loves more than anyone else … there are only those who choose to LOVE more … to love God more, and consequently then to love each other more. In doing so, we grow closer to God … and know God.

By opening our hearts, and minds to God (free of boundaries like religion, or social trends); by LOVING God … we are exactly where we are meant to be. If we maintain that openness, never allowing any person or event to make us close our hearts, we will be guided by God to be who we are meant to be.

In that space of openness we can then live a life of LOVE, and be guided to where we are meant to be … forever in LOVE.
