My words to meditate upon today:
“Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one’s courage.”
– Anaïs Nin

“Your value is the product of your thoughts. Do not miscalculate your self worth by multiplying your insecurities.”
– Dodinsky

“Bondage is when the mind longs for something, grieves about something, rejects something, holds on to something, is pleased about something or displeased about something.
Liberation is when the mind does not long for anything, grieve about anything, reject anything, or hold on to anything, and is not pleased about anything or displeased about anything.
Bondage is when the mind is tangled in one of the senses, and liberation is when the mind is not tangled in any of the senses.
When there is no ‘Me” that is liberation, and when there is “Me” there is bondage.
Considering this earnestly, do not hold on and do not reject.”
– Osho

Religion4All is an idea: that every human being (no matter their race, religion, sexuality, social status, lifestyle, or any other possible factor) is LOVED by God; just … as … they are.
We all are loved by God, and NO religion or person has a monopoly on it. Every single person on this planet is loved equally by God … SO many are cut off from God because they are told they don’t belong. God loves everyone … we ALL are beautiful creations … we don’t need to cringe when we hear the words “God”, or “religion”, or their judgments … God LOVES us all!
There is no requirement to change in order to be LOVED by God, or to LOVE God. God is LOVE, and LOVE is God … period. There is no one who God loves more than anyone else … there are only those who choose to LOVE more … to love God more, and consequently then to love each other more. In doing so, we grow closer to God … and know God.
By opening our hearts, and minds to God (free of boundaries like religion, or social trends); by LOVING God … we are exactly where we are meant to be. If we maintain that openness, never allowing any person or event to make us close our hearts, we will be guided by God to be who we are meant to be.
In that space of openness we can then live a life of LOVE, and be guided to where we are meant to be … forever in LOVE.

Scriptures tell us that there are many ways in which God is at enmity with the world. He hates the world, He hates those who are swift to shed blood, and we have to take that into account. When I hear preachers stand up and say that ‘God loves everybody unconditionally,’ I want to scream and say, ‘Wait a minute. Then why does He call us to repent? Why does He call us to come to the cross? Why does He call us to come to Christ?’ If God loves everybody unconditionally, then you can do whatever you want and believe whatever you think. And it’s just not true that God loves us unconditionally. He’s placed an absolute condition by which He requires—He doesn’t just invite people to come to His Son—He commands all men everywhere to repent of their sins and to come to Christ. And if you want to enjoy the love of complacency you have to be in Christ.
Thank you for responding, Kathy. I am sorry that your view of God involves hatred. That is not the God that I know. Peace and Love to you in your journey.
I believe I should clarify, as this is actually quite a complex topic. Unconditional Love is not a blank check of acceptance. Unconditional Love is the state of being where you never stop loving … the flow of energy that IS love is never cut off. That is God’s relationship with us, or rather God’s way of being toward us.
So are there things that every one of us have done that either are not based in Love or are harmful to us in some way that God would prefer us to avoid? Yes, of course.
Can we do whatever we want and believe whatever we want? Yes, and God will still Love us just as unconditionally. That does not mean that there are no consequences for those actions, it simply mean that God never ceases to Love us … just … as … we … are.
It saddens me that people have such a harsh authoritarian view of God, for that God somehow seems devoid of Love … the antithesis of Unconditional Love. It makes me wonder how they can actually be in relationship with such a dictatorial being … and that is what God wants, to be in relationship with us.
